To ensure that you feel completely at ease with us from the first contact to the final check-up, our entire team is always on hand to advise you.
The first contact usually takes place via our friendly and competent team from the call centre and in the reception area. Afterwards, our qualified optometrists carry out all preliminary examinations, which form the basis of your further, individual treatment. This is followed by a detailed examination and consultation with one of our internationally trained and experienced specialists.
Your operation will take place in our in-house eye surgery centre. Our well-coordinated surgical team consisting of medical assistants, our anaesthetist and your ophthalmic surgeon will carry out your eye treatment with the utmost care, in a carefree and safe manner. After your operation, you will also be given a 24-hour emergency telephone number so that you can be completely unconcerned during the recovery and regeneration phase until your next check-up.
